Official Site of Boe Tankersley: Healthcare Empowerment, Guitar Videos, and Woodcraft / Design
Boe Michael Tankersley's path has always been about understanding how things work—whether it’s the human body, a complex mechanical drawing, or a well-crafted piece of furniture. I grew up as the second of eight children in rural Minnesota, where I learned the value of a meticulous work ethic early on while working alongside my father as a finish carpenter.
My background is a blend of clinical expertise, technical precision, and creative discipline:
Health & Clinical Education: I earned my Doctorate of Chiropractic and previously owned and operated my own clinic for six years. During my time as a solo practitioner, I discovered my true passion: patient education. Now, as a health and wellness speaker, I focus on empowering people to take control of their systemic vitality. You can find archived clips of my clinical health presentations right here on this site.
The Trades & Design: I have a deep history in the trades, ranging from residential carpentry to manufacturing. My primary focus has been in Mechanical Drafting/CADD and Cabinet Making, where I enjoy the intersection of digital design and hands-on woodworking.
Event Management: I currently work for Prysm Connections LLC, coordinating continuing education for surgical societies. I specifically manage the cadaveric labs, ensuring these vital medical training events run seamlessly.
Music & Performance: My biggest passion outside of work is the guitar and the local Twin Cities music scene. I’ve included a gallery of my own acoustic performances as well as live MN music highlights that inspire me.
Outside of the professional sphere, I stay active in Burnsville, MN. You’ll often find me weightlifting, practicing yoga, or enjoying the outdoors. I’m a huge fan of live music, and I prioritize spending quality time with my large family—and, at least for this spring, spoiling my brother's dogs while I dog-sit.
